State Girls’ AA Optimist Invitational Track Meet

State AA Girls’ Invitational Track Meet. This is the first, all-inclusive AA girls’ track meet of the season. The Optimist Club has been sponsoring this, in partnership with the Great Falls School District for many years. It’s always fun and interesting and, although it’s been cancelled twice in its long history decent weather is expected this year. It is always impressive to watch these girls perform in their events and several times we’ve seen times that rival or break state records, and a few times even national records. Treat yourself to one of the early sporting events of the Spring season. It is being held on Friday this year because of the Easter/Passover weekend.
